Pioneer Research receives Women TechEU grant

We are proud to announce that Pioneer Research, along with our CEO and co-founder Marie Rogne, is one of the 40 winners of the highly competitive First Call of Women TechEU!

The initiative supports our growth with €75k in grants, and more importantly, a personalized business development program with expert mentors, tailored training and coaching within the deep tech field in Europe.

We are excited to participate in this program to further develop our screening platform technology and look forward to expand our European network.

Pioneer Research Awarded 2M NOK from the Norwegian Cancer Society

At the end of December 2022, Marie Rogne and Pioneer Research received the amazing news that she was one out of five recipients, among 69 applicants, to receive the grant for the innovative and exciting new posting “Pioneer Projects” by The Norwegian Cancer Society. This was the first year companies were allowed to apply and we are therefor extra grateful to be picked out as one of the recipients. The 2M NOK funding will be used for our “high-risk/high-reward” project of looking at targeted inhibition of transcription factors by microProteins in treatment resistant cancer.

Pioneer Research Awarded Regional Funding

In October of 2022, Pioneer Research was granted regional funding from Oslo Innovation District for their project “Transcription Factor regulators for resistant and untreatable cancer”. The project will be conducted in the later half of 2022 in collaboration with Philippe Collas group at IMB, University of Oslo.
